Hipoges Move On 2025: A New Stage of Diversification and Expansion
On October 30th, Hipoges held a new edition of its corporate event Move On 2025, a gathering that brought together more than 700 professionals from across the Group to share the achievements of the past year, reflect on the challenges of the sector, and present the company’s new roadmap for the coming years.
Move On has become a key moment within Hipoges’ culture — a time to balance the numbers of the year, strengthen team connections, and continue driving the shared vision that defines us as a group: moving forward together and growing beyond servicing.
Results that Reflect Growth and Commitment
During the event, the management team presented the main results for 2025, highlighting a year of strong activity and consolidation of our position as one of the leading asset managers in Southern Europe.
Between January and September 2025, Hipoges sold more than 12,600 real estate assets in Spain, averaging over 1,400 transactions per month. This figure reflects the dynamism of the market and the ability of our teams to provide agile, efficient and tailored solutions to our clients and investors.
The operations were mainly concentrated in the Valencian Community, Catalonia, Murcia, and Madrid, strengthening our territorial presence and the trust of our partner institutions.
A New Roadmap: Growing Beyond Servicing
In line with our strategic vision, during the Move On 2025 we presented Hipoges’ new roadmap, designed to expand our reach and reinforce our position in the sector through four key pillars:
Growth in Spain and regional consolidation, strengthening relationships with financial and institutional clients while enhancing operational efficiency.
Business line diversification, with the goal of generating over 50% of revenue from activities beyond traditional servicing. In 2025, we made significant progress in this direction with the development of KPI Hotel Management, focused on hospitality management, and Finprop Capital, dedicated to alternative financing with an investment plan of €100 million over two years.
International expansion, consolidating our operations in Spain, Portugal, Italy, and Greece, while exploring new opportunities in France and Brazil, reinforcing our role as a reference in Southern Europe.
Technological transformation, driving innovation, efficiency, and integration across our platforms and processes.
