With the aim of sharing the latest news, initiatives and relevant content that drive our growth and reinforce our team culture, the 26th edition of the Hipoges Newsletter features Andrés Alonso, Corporate Services Director at Hipoges, leading this edition with the editorial article.
As we have already presented in previous editions, the Hipoges Newsletter offers news that keeps us up to date on the real estate sector, as well as key data and information related to the areas in which the company is involved. In the editorial of the Hipoges Corporate Newsletter 1Q 2025, Andrés reflects on the importance of attitude as a driver of collective success, the evolution of the Corporate Services department and the challenges that will mark the immediate future, highlighting collaboration, innovation and customer orientation as keys to continue growing.

Since the creation of the Corporate Services department, we have faced major challenges and learnt valuable lessons. Looking back, we can not only feel proud of the results achieved, but also of the way we have worked to reach them – with attitude, determination, a clear client focus, and the conviction that success is only possible when built as a team.
I would also like to take this opportunity to thank Hipoges, because with its powerful tagline “Make it Happen”, and thanks to everyone who is part of this company, we have made the growth and development of our department possible.
Looking to the near future of Corporate Services, we are confident that the diversification of high value-added services will continue to be one of the department’s key pillars. Therefore, beyond the standard financial services that we provide with rigor and excellence, we are preparing for new challenges that reinforce our vocation to be a strategic partner for Hipoges.
The first of these challenges (Tax Efficiency Project) will support our clients in optimising local taxation, while the second (LoanCo Management Project) will expand our financial activity into new key locations such as the UK, Ireland, and Luxembourg, thus consolidating our international projection and providing a fully integrated financial solution (LoanCo – ReoCo) for our clients.
These projects will require from us the same spirit that has brought us this far. I am convinced that, with the talent, collaboration, and dedication from our teams, we will turn these challenges into tangible achievements that add value to the whole organisation. I am counting on all of you.
Finally, I do not want to close this editorial without taking the opportunity to thank my closest collaborators (both within and outside Corporate Services) for their consistently excellent work and commitment.
