  2. Award for “Best Strategy and Innovation in Judicial Management of Secured Credit Recovery” with the Stallment Project:
    In this category, Hipoges was recognised for its innovative approach to the judicial recovery of secured credits, implementing technological tools to maximise the efficiency and effectiveness of legal processes.
  3. Award for “Excellence and Innovation in the Management and Operation of Financial and Real Estate Assets” with the Selenium Tenerife Sur case:
    This award highlights Hipoges’ ability to manage non-performing assets and optimise financial and operational processes within the real estate sector — one of the key pillars of its success in large asset management.
  4. Award for “Excellence in Legal Management and Regulatory Compliance in REOs” with the case Administration of Conflicts of Interest in Real Estate Asset Management:
