An internal campaign to raise awareness and promote men’s health
November marks a key moment in the calendar for raising awareness about men’s health. At Hipoges, we joined once again the “Blue November” campaign, aiming to support the prevention of prostate cancer, promote early detection, and show solidarity with those affected by the disease.
This initiative reflects Hipoges’ strong commitment to social responsibility and to the health and wellbeing of the people who make up our community. The campaign was open to all Hipoges employees and included a range of impactful actions throughout the month.

Key initiatives in November
1. Informative dossier We shared a document with all teams containing essential information about prostate cancer, including risk factors, screening methods, and prevention tips. This resource was well received and helped raise awareness of the importance of regular health checks and early intervention.
2. Online talk with the Spanish Association Against Cancer (AECC) On 20 November, we hosted an informative session in collaboration with the AECC, focusing on male cancer. It provided valuable insights from healthcare professionals and created space for open discussion and questions in a safe environment.
3. #LoQueNosUNE challenge Inspired by past campaigns, we launched the #LoQueNosUNE challenge in Spain, in Portugal we had the same challenge, with a prize to be won for the best photos. The teams were encouraged to take photos next to the banners set up in each office, using the symbolic accessories provided. These images were shared internally as a show of unity and support.
A meaningful collective impact
The response from the Hipoges team was once again outstanding. Active participation, engagement with the materials, and heartfelt messages of support highlighted the strong sense of community that defines our organisation. Initiatives like this allow us to reinforce our core values and foster a workplace culture of empathy and awareness.
Moreover, campaigns like Blue November remind us of the importance of mutual care, of discussing health openly, and of working together to create a more supportive and informed work environment.

We sincerely thank everyone who took part in the Blue November activities and contributed to giving visibility to such a vital cause. Your participation plays a crucial role in driving positive social impact and building a more conscious community.
