Hipoges Reinforces Its Social Commitment During the 2025 Festive Season

8 January 2026

As part of its commitment to social responsibility, Hipoges promoted several solidarity initiatives during the 2025 festive season, tailored to the local specificities of each city and office.

In a period marked by sharing, closeness and commitment to others, Hipoges reinforces values that are embedded in its identity throughout the year and that, at this time, gain even greater meaning through active engagement with the communities in which it operates.

More than simply celebrating, Hipoges seeks to act responsibly and consciously, promoting initiatives that reflect its commitment to social responsibility, solidarity and the creation of positive impact. Through employee engagement and partnerships with local institutions, the company actively contributes to a fairer, more inclusive and more humane festive season.

Throughout the months of November and December, several solidarity actions were implemented, reflecting the strong commitment of teams across different geographies.

One of the key initiatives was developed in collaboration with Diversión Solidaria, an association specialized in bringing joy to hospitalized children and to children at risk of social exclusion.

Madrid and Barcelona: Toys That Spread Smiles

At the Madrid and Barcelona offices, a collection of new toys was organized for children supported by Diversión Solidaria. In total, 44 employees participated in this campaign, 41 in Madrid and 3 in Barcelona, once again demonstrating the teams’ strong commitment to charitable causes.

The delivery of the toys took place on December 18 at one of the association’s centers, in a moment marked by smiles, emotion and shared joy. This partnership helped ensure that the gifts reached children who might otherwise not receive a special gesture at this time of year.

Valencia: Local Commitment with Fundación Dasyc

In Valencia, the Hipoges team partnered with Fundación Dasyc, a non-profit organization that for more than 25 years has promoted social action and volunteering, supporting vulnerable groups such as children, the elderly and families at risk of social exclusion.

As part of the festive season campaign, 11 employees actively participated in a collection of toys and materials for families affected by the DANA depression, a meteorological phenomenon that caused significant damage in the region. The choice of this partnership reflected the team’s desire to respond directly to the most urgent needs of the local community.

Portugal: Collaboration and Empathy with AMI and the Carnide CARE Project

In Portugal, at the Lisbon and Porto offices, Hipoges joined the solidarity challenge launched by AMI – International Medical Assistance, with the aim of supporting 1,457 families, representing approximately 4,200 people in vulnerable situations, assisted by the Porta Amiga Centers across the country.

Employees from both offices were encouraged to contribute by donating essential goods, including nuts, jams or honey, canned chickpeas and tuna, traditional festive sweets and chocolates. All collected donations were subsequently delivered to AMI. In Lisbon, three employees also participated in the delivery of the goods, which were later distributed by AMI to the supported families.

In parallel with this internal campaign, Hipoges further reinforced its social commitment through a direct contribution equivalent to the provision of a food basket and social support for approximately 30 families in need, thereby extending the impact of the initiative.

Also in Portugal, at a local level, Hipoges supported the Carnide CARE Project – Care, Support, Resilience and Engagement, developed in partnership with the Parish Council of Carnide, in Lisbon. This project aims to mitigate mental health challenges among vulnerable children and young people aged 6 to 16, living in the Padre Cruz neighborhood, and is expected to reach around 120 children and young people over a 36-month period. As part of this initiative, Hipoges sponsored one child for one year.

All these actions are aligned with Hipoges’ values and its people-centered approach, promoting a corporate culture in which solidarity is part of everyday life. Beyond material support, these initiatives also help create meaningful and lasting human connections.

Hipoges thanks all employees who, year after year, take part in these solidarity initiatives. Small gestures can lead to significant change. The company continues to encourage active participation and invites everyone to discover more solidarity projects through its corporate blog and internal newsletter.
