Hipoges Celebrates Women’s Month 2026 with the Message “Give To Gain”

As every year, at Hipoges we join the celebration of 8 March, International Women’s Day, through a range of initiatives carried out throughout the month across all its offices in Spain, Portugal, Greece and Italy. In this edition of Women’s Month 2026, we are embracing the message proposed by the International Women’s Day association: “Give To Gain”.

This message invites us to reflect on one essential idea: when we contribute support, knowledge and recognition towards women, everyone benefits. We all gain in terms of equality, opportunities and social progress, both personally and professionally.

At Hipoges, we believe that real change is built together. That is why, this month, we want to continue promoting actions that inspire, connect and highlight the value of a collective commitment to gender equality.

Women’s Month 2026 at Hipoges: a celebration to share and give visibility

Under the message “Give To Gain”, Hipoges has sought to remind us that every person can actively contribute to generating a positive impact. Challenging stereotypes, sharing experiences, recognising the value of female role models or supporting others in their development are just some of the ways to continue building more equitable and inclusive environments.

As part of this celebration, the company has also shared a special Women’s Month 2026 video, reinforcing the importance of giving, supporting and raising visibility as a way to accelerate gender equality.

In addition, as in previous years, members of the team have been able to use the campaign’s commemorative banner in the header of their LinkedIn profile, helping to give visibility to this initiative in the digital space as well.

“Voices That Inspire”, this year’s flagship initiative

With the aim of giving even greater visibility to this cause, Hipoges launched this year the initiative “Voices That Inspire”, a participatory action designed to pay tribute to women who have left their mark throughout history.

The initiative invited teams from the different offices to come together, choose an inspiring woman and share one of her most representative quotes. Next to the photocall set up in each office, participants were able to fill in a special card with her name and quote, and then capture the moment with a team photograph.

The response to the initiative has been extraordinary. Hipoges has received a large number of photographs, reflecting the enthusiasm, commitment and sensitivity with which teams once again took part in this celebration. Each of these images represents not only a symbolic gesture, but also a collective expression of recognition, inspiration and commitment.

All the photographs received will form part of a commemorative mural, created to gather and showcase the participation of the Hipoges family in this edition of Women’s Month.

A shared commitment to equality

Beyond a specific date, Women’s Month represents an opportunity to continue encouraging conversations, giving visibility to role models and reinforcing values that are part of Hipoges’ culture.

The participation of teams in this 2026 edition demonstrates once again that small shared actions can create a meaningful impact. Giving visibility, recognising achievements and drawing inspiration from the history of so many women who paved the way is also a way of continuing to move forward.
