Hipoges Group to take part in the Property & Facility Management Summit 2026
On 14 October 2026, Hipoges Group will attend the Property & Facility Management Summit, organised by CMS at the Eurostars Suites Mirasierra in Madrid. The event will bring together professionals and companies from the real estate sector to analyse the main challenges associated with the operational and strategic management of assets.
The conference is an evolution of the traditional Congreso Nacional de Servicing Inmobiliario, broadening its scope to include disciplines such as Property Management and Facility Management. In an environment shaped by the need to optimise costs, protect margins and maximise asset value, the event will provide a space to share experiences, explore different management models and discuss the trends transforming real estate operations.
Throughout the day, particularly relevant topics for the sector will be addressed, including operational efficiency, OPEX and CAPEX management, digitalisation and process automation, asset maintenance, energy management, sustainability, supplier management and the use of data in decision-making. The event will also focus on how an effective management and operational strategy can directly influence the profitability, performance and life cycle of assets.

Participation in professional events such as the Property & Facility Management Summit 2026 enables Hipoges to remain close to the main market trends, share knowledge with other professionals and generate new opportunities for collaboration with companies and industry experts.
In addition, the event will provide an opportunity to exchange perspectives on new real estate management models and explore practical cases and solutions aimed at achieving increasingly efficient and sustainable operations that are adapted to the current needs of owners, investors and asset managers.
At Hipoges, we look forward to this new edition and to the opportunity to continue contributing to the exchange of knowledge and experiences within the real estate sector.
