March is a month for reflection, visibility and action. At Hipoges, as every year, we reaffirm our commitment to gender equality and professional equity by joining the celebration of International Women’s Month 2025, with a range of initiatives under this year’s global theme:

This message is not just a call for awareness, but for collective action. Because together, we can accelerate change towards a society where all people have equal opportunities.
Hipoges Initiatives for Women’s Month 2025
Throughout March, and with the aim of increasing visibility and encouraging the participation of our team, Hipoges has launched the following initiatives:
Inspirational testimony of our Chief Finance Officer, Marta Márquez
Under the title “For ALL women and girls: Rights. Equality. Empowerment“, Marta shares in a few lines her personal and professional experience, both as a mother and as a woman in the business world, addressing the challenges sha has faced and the importance of equal opportunities.
“…As a mother and a woman in business, I have faced numerous challenges, from seeking equal opportunities to balancing my personal and professional life. (…) Returning to my career after maternity breaks was yet another challenge, to prove I could still be at the top…”
In addition, Marta reflects on the importance of prioritising quality time and creating space for oneself as key elements for maintaining balance and wellbeing. She also highlights Hipoges’ inclusive environment, where talent and individual merit prevail, and where women currently represent 58% of the team.

Thank You Giving Photocall
A creative and approachable initiative designed to pay tribute to inspiring women. Everyone in the company had the opportunity to choose an adjective that represented a woman they admire, take a photo in the frame installed in the office, and share it both internally and on their favourite social media.









Other ways to join International Women’s Month 2025
As in previous years, Hipoges employees were able to download a commemorative banner to use on their LinkedIn profile header. Every Friday, special posts were shared on the Hipoges’ corporate LinkedIn profile.
And, of course, an inspirational video was displayed on the screens across all offices in Spain and Portugal.
