Hipoges is established, with headquarters in Madrid.
Establishment in Portugal
Hipoges enters the Portuguese market with the opening of its headquarters in Lisbon.
Standard & Poor’s rating
Standard & Poor’s assigns Hipoges an “Above Average” rating in the Special Servicing Residential Mortgages category.
Hipoges reaches €3.5 billion in assets under management.
Creation of Hipoges Hellas in Athens
As part of its growth strategy and thanks to the trust of its international clients, Hipoges opens an office in Athens.
10th anniversary
Hipoges celebrates its first 10 years with more than 400 employees and €17 billion in assets under management.
Adquisition of Alsvit
Hipoges strengthens its presence in the Greek market with the acquisition of Alsvit, a real estate asset management company with over 12 years of experience.
Opening of the Oporto in Portugal.
Expansion into Italy
Hipoges acquires a majority stake in AXIS S.p.A., a service platform with offices in Rome and Milan, and more than €2 billion in assets under management.
In the same year, Hipoges also acquires a majority stake in Domus RS, a company dedicated to the commercialization, development, and management of real estate projects.
Exponential Growth
Hipoges is selected to manage SAREB’s assets, valued at over €13 billion.
Hipoges launches Hemisphere in Portugal, an independent platform for real estate asset valuation.
It also acquires a majority stake in Grupo COBO, a leading company in the Facility Management sector.
In the Iberian market, Hipoges opens an office in Seville, expanding its presence across the Iberian Peninsula and covering all regions.

The Bank of Greece granted us a license to manage NPLs in Greece, in full compliance with the applicable regulations, the regulatory framework, and the compliance requirements of the Bank of Greece and Greek legislation.
Ares Lusitani, a securitization vehicle of the Hipoges Group, is regulated by the CMVM, the authority that supervises and regulates securities markets and other financial instruments, as well as the activities of all entities operating in these markets.
