Last Wednesday, June 12th, the Spain Real Estate Investment Forum took place at the Wellington Hotel in Madrid. This reference event for real estate investment brought together the main actors involved in the real estate ecosystem in Spain – investors, family offices and private investors – and it was organized by the communication channel Cambio16 and the consultant New York Business Group.
Our COO in Spain, Phill Walker, attended the event and represented HipoGes in a discussion panel which involved other professionals of the sector.
After the event, Cambio16 held an interview with Phil in which he expressed his opinion about the different agents involved in the market, the current profiles, the investment opportunities and the challenges of asset management, among other issues of interest.
HipoGes had a stand where it was possible to find several information about the different services we offer as well as the areas where the company operates.
Attending with Phil, there were also Juan Ramón Prieto (Spain Corporate Loans Director) and Nuno Antunes (Spain Real Estate Director). They were able to evaluate business opportunities in the real estate market in Spain, strengthen networking with other professionals and observe how the market is developing.
The event and the participation of HipoGes were a success which reinforced the great moment the market is going through in Spain and our growth, strong presence and influence in it.
