HipoGes Iberia has received another proof of its excellence. The Valuations Department of Spain is now regulated by RICS,an international institution of recognized prestige. Last July, the Valuations Department in Portugal obtained this accreditation, which placed HipoGes as the only servicer in the country accredited in this way.
Founded in London in 1868, the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) is the leading international organisation representing real estate professionals, globally recognised for its high-quality standards. RICS establishes the criteria to be implemented in the reports and regulates the conduct of its members.
As one of the leading professional bodies for the qualification and standardization of land, real estate and construction, RICS certifies and regulates our Valuations department in Spain, making sure that it complies with the highest codes of conduct and ethics, focuses on the client, complieswith RICS Valuation – Global Standards and stays in total independence and impartiality regarding HipoGes as a company. This is a natural consequence, taking into account the structure and processes of HipoGes Iberia.
With this milestone, HipoGes becomes the first and only servicer to have this certification in both Spain and Portugal, which is a magnificent recognition of our work, especially the Valuations department’s work.
